What is Kpop?

The definition of Kpop is Korean Pop in Hangul is (케이팝) Korean popular music began in 1805 when an American missionary began teaching American and British songs. (Read more at https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/K-pop)

The Modern Kpop culture began with a every pop Boy band H.O.T in 1996 that when Kpop grew into a subculture amongst Teens and young Adult By 2003 BoA and TVXQ started a new Generation of Kpop idol. I don’t call Kpop stars idol because I think idol is someone you warship and I don’t warship them.

Kpop has been a huge success in Korean culture most foreigners go to South Korea because of Kpop. Kpop and Korean entertainment is spreading around the globe it is known as the Korean Wave not only in the east and southeast Asia but also Latin American, India, North Africa, The Middle East and Western World. Now it is getting even more popular World Wide It all because of one group that I really really really love BTS. I will talk about them in another post.
