Music Heals
Music is a medicine that cures emotional feeling. Music heals. That’s true! Better than any pain killers you can buy in the nearest pharmacy. Wait! There isn’t a medicine to cure emotional pain. But you can’t just pick any songs to listen to. You should learn how to match the opposite in order for you to find what type of song you should listen to. Meaning, if you’re really sad, depressed etc., you should listen to upbeat songs and don’t listen to slow and sad songs. Because the more you listen to sad and slow songs it makes you feel burdened and makes you think the current situation you are in which is not very helpful.
