Today I went to a location called elephant hill winery for a great meal.
For the enreé, Duck dumplings, seaweed broth, eggplant, miso glaze and enoki mushrooms with Campari to open up the palette.
For the main was firstlight wagyu beef, charcoal potato, mushrooms and onion rings with a side of agria fries and aioli
And what better way to end a fantastic meal, a glass of beautifuly 20 year aged port
Im a big fan of connoisseur Drinks such as aged Ports or Absinthes, I have a small collection of these fine spirits at home that enjoy on the odd occasion.
