I’m a weapon

Warning: contains violence and death.

The bullets I take 

As they pierce through my skin

Inflicting damage to my body 

Bleeding out is my sin

As I fall down and collapse 

The blood draining from my system 

I think about my family 

I’m really gonna miss them 

•

I go back to a time

When I was very young 

I dreamed of being in the force 

I thought it’d be great fun 

•

And even now 

As I lay on the ground 

Uniform full of holes 

Bullets all around

•

I smile even now 

As I bleed out 

Would I do this again?

With out a doubt

•

So I close my eyes 

And take my final breath 

And with one last smile 

I lay to my final rest.
