No. I have studied Rizal's life and he's a really brilliant wise man. He did not retract.

You need some support details that can prove that he did not really retract. It doesn’t mean that ‘brilliant wise man’ is not capable of changing his mind.
It's been so long since I last read about Rizal's life. And i have learnt that rizal did not retract. Those are just rumors spread by Bonifacio's supporters. There were no evidences or none that we know of, that's why there's still an ongoing debate up until now.

How can you be so sure that there is no any proof? They say there was a document that was allegedly signed by Rizal a few hours before his execution. The document, referred to as “The Retraction”, declares Rizal’s belief in the Catholic Faith, and retract everything he wrote against the Church.
"Allegedly". Yes. What we both know are all just rumors. We really can't tell who's telling the truth. Documents can be forged. Falsified. Manipulated. What we only have is faith, or our own belief. Truth is subjective regarding this issue. How about you? What do you believe is true?
There was an eyewitness and testimonies that says Rizal really retracted.
How can you say that it is just a rumor? Yes, I agree that documents can really be forged, falsified and manipulated but what can you say about those eyewitnesses? Are they are just making story? Then for what? What are their purpose of doing that? Are just also manipulated? How about the testimony of cuerpo de vigilancia? It was an eyewitness account of last hour of Rizal. This account corroborates the existence of the retraction document giving it credence. So, what can you say about this?
