Friend issue

So i have a problem regarding friendship, so basically i have this friend who likes someone and she/he is biased towards his/her crush. She/He dosent treat us the same way as we treat him/her (friendly). Is it still worth being friends with him/her even if he/she is not trying to be friendly with us.
