Everything ends and begins at zer0. Set in a futuristic city, an unknown cyber-terrorist group hacks every screen and broadcast to send a message to the populace.  A scoreboard starting at 100.00 begins to count down as a live broadcast visible to every device and screen by the citizens.  They are warned that every crime however big or small committed will penalise them and the score will decrease.  If the score reaches zero, the city will be declared beyond redemption and decimated along with its inhabitants.  A motley group of rebels embarks on finding the answers.
