Dear God,

I raise my hands in praise for You.

Thank You for keeping me from getting attached to people and things that are temporary. You've guarded my heart from people who are not meant to stay. Thank You, Lord God for saving me from decisions that may ruin my soul.

You teach me how to love and when to let go. You open my heart to accepting that seasons change but Your love stays the same.

Thank You for allowing pain in my life; for letting me grow and bringing me healing. Thank You for completely teaching me to trust in Your plans more than mine. 

I love You, Lord.
