The Untold Story of Medusa 

Medusa is a monster feared by everyone.

She's a cursed woman who was victim of crime.

But who knows the truth behind this woman?

She is a daughter of a sea titan,

A beautiful maiden wanted by any man.

But the young woman chose to be a guardian,

A priestess of Athena,the Goddess of wisdom.

She was bound to served her loyalty,

And entered her role with humanity.

The young woman must stay virgin.

Touching man is a betrayal.

One day,Poseidon-the god of the sea.

A rival of Athena,was captivated by her beauty.

He raped the priestess Medusa,

To humiliate the Goddess Athena.

Medusa asked for guidance and forgiveness,

'Cause she betrayed her goddess.

What happened was against her will,

And it led her to marry him(Poseidon).

Athena looked down in anger.

She cursed Medusa for betraying her.

She turned her into a fearful monster,

So that no man would want her.

Her feet turned into a tail,

Staring in her eyes means death,

She was turned into a hateful monster,

Venomous snakes changed her beautiful hair.

Medusa was sent to a faraway island.

Many men were sent to kill her.

She looked at them in fear,

When all of them turned into a stone by gazing upon her.

Years later,Perseus was sent.

He came to the island with sword and shield.

He fought and cut off Medusa's head.

It is to be presented.

Medusa is a beautiful woman,

who chose the Goddess instead of any man. 

She fulfilled her role of being a guardian.

But now,she's hated by everyone.
