Siewchew May 14, 2018 This is one of the food from Malaysia call ayam masak merah. The chicken is fried first then cook in the spicy tomato puree.. my quite Thick as I don't have tomato puree I just use fresh tomatoes To blend together with other ingredient.

Because of health conscious the coffee shop doesn't add sugar for the customer in fact there's a small covered bowl filled with sugar is placed at every table for customer to adjust the sweetness they desire. For me today o refuse to add any sugar as I'm on diet. Is terrible to drink with any sweetness but have to. Comment what you gusy usually drink. Is a vermicelli with laksa soup, accompany with prawn, shredded chicken, shredded scramble egg and sprouts but depend on the cool what they want to put inside other than chicken and prawn. It has different variety of laksa from different state but all of them have its own taste that suit different taste bug. To describe the taste is spicy, savoury, sour from the lime and some kick from the lemongrass. The lime isn't inside the soup but was given by the cook or seller for us to put inside by our self as not many people would like to have the taste of lime in their soup. The spiciness can be adjust by adding more sambal belacan that also...

This is ham ji peng (sweet fried cinnamon roll) and is one of the type of kuih or also can consider as snack. Not only one of the local favourite but also something we always have for breakfast, teatime or lunch or supper if the individual doesn't feel eating heavy food. Is has sweet and savoury types but for this, is sweet. You can feel the crunch from th sugar itself and aroma from the cinnamon. It may look weird but the taste is amazing.. Siewchew May 8, 2018 in Food Lunch for today. Is well known dish having for lunch where I stayed. Look messy for those who never saw this. Is just a normal dish with curry pour over the rice like the picture and mix with different type of poultry, pork, meat or vegetables. Is suitable for those who love variety of side dishes and curry together. Normally is serve with steam chicken or Chinese BBQ pork or roasted pork. Is really depend on individual. You can put whatever you want. Just sharing what my country people or people from where I stay will have. Is not a stable food but is what normally people will have for those who love variety of dishes together. 😍
