Spain coronavirus infection rate falling 'a lot' as cases top 200,000

Having trouble cashing out 

I have been with hinterland for sometime now and I have cashed out a lot in the past with no issues. My trouble is that I have just under 5000 coins that I can cash out but I’m unable to cash out and when contacting help I have been unable to send my response as there was an error but tonight I had some luck and it says that it’s sent through but I haven’t had any luck getting in contact, hearing back from hinterland or cashing out in a little while now and it’s a first for me. Is anyone else experiencing this error??
