I have a quite interesting story for you about my last project on last summer! I got an exciting and somewhat unexpected opportunity to go to India in order to Project Explore India in AIESEC Ahmedabad. The project started on 19th July 2018. Manali, Himachal Pradesh was the first place I’ve visited to acclimatization. I camp in Invincible Manali Base Camp, Kullu. Bharat Spice, Cebu review

I recently tried Indian food for the first time and it was good. I went to a restaurant in Cebu called Bharat Spice. I know it’s not as authentic as trying the cuisine in India but it is the closest I can get. The owner was a friendly Indian man but one thing I can say about the food is it was glorious. I can’t believe I missed out on it for 22 years! It was the right amount of spicy and savoury. I’m definitely trying it again!
