I find myself getting really sad if I don’t get enough vitamin D and spending time in nature! I definitely find this helps me out when I’m feeling a bit lost / down
Hey girl! From my own experience sadness is kinda a complicated thing and sometimes we might not understand it cause it can be affected by multiple reasons! I have depression and anxiety and sometimes I feel down cause I’m really lonely or sometimes I just feel empty. I find talking to someone you trust does help a lot or even therapy if I don’t have anyone I can trust. Also not eating enough and having low ion levels can affect your levels of energy and therefore affect your mood so I hope you drink heaps of water and eat well 💖 hope you feel better now but always here if you need to talk to someone ! X
