Kate Feb 5, 2019 in Advice Valentine’s Day So obviously Valentine’s Day is around the corner and I always find myself alone for it. I know I shouldn’t really care but here I am, hoping I had someone in my life. Does anyone have any advice for getting a date for Valentine’s Day (or literally any other day lol)?
Kate Feb 5, 2019 in Fitness The sad reality: the real reason people fail at keto or any other “diet” is because of their reason for doing it. What is your why? If it’s weight loss- you will fail. Make the process your why. If you’re too busy looking at the scale you’re never going to see all the incredible things your body is doing as a thank you for eating better. If you’re spending all your time looking at your body in distaste, who cares what you’re eating. Eat good food for good reasons and your body will look after itself. Listen to you hunger fullness cues and you’ll eat what you need to. Do what you need to feel better and you won’t care when the weight comes off. It’s not a miracle cure for weight loss, starvation is. It’s a healthy lifestyle that makes life more enjoyable.
