Is knowledge really power?

We hear this all the time but how true is it? Its missing one more factor in it which I think its the most important which is ACTION. Knowledge is power only when acted upon. Therefore, Knowledge + Action = Power

FAILURE

What is failure? Failure gives birth to the  fear of failure. That fear is your ultimate encouragement, ultimate motivater that causes change inside otherwise that fear of failure becomes a reality that takes the breath from your life. Success doesn't do it, the virtue is always in the journey not the reward, there's no progress in the celebration, it's only in the dimise and defeat that we self-examine ourselves to see where we came up short so we can apply efforts to our weak link to make us more capable and stronger to go out and venture again.
