Years Of Art Practicing
Hi everyone! I want to share how I’ve been improving for the past couple of years. People probably post their worst first but I want to show my most recent drawing which is a drawing of Kihyun, a member of KPOP boygroup called Monsta X. I actually took a screenshot of their music video which is Shine Forever and decided to draw that bit.
Basically I’ve been drawing since God knows when. One thing I noticed about my drawings since back then are how proud I am of them. No matter how ugly it was, I always been proud of them.
Through the year I’ve learned a lot. From shading and little details, but one thing for sure I learned how to be patient.
I also learned to be more brave with my pencils since I’ve been doing traditional drawing so far because I can’t exactly afford a tablet.
Also I’ve noticed the growth and my constantly changed style which is totally okay for an artist to do. It’s all a learning process to find your personal style.
Back then I also always been scared to draw the people I know because I don’t want to screw up but I realized that anyone who ever get a drawing of themselves will be grateful nevertheless.
I also tried the anatomy drawing which I haven’t mastered yet but I’m trying.
There’s also this one crisis time where I’m so close on giving up but after loads of pleading one of hundreds friends I have told me that my drawing is good enough and I should keep drawing.
I’m so glad I listened to her and thats how I ended up here.
Thanks for posting. Very helpful
Wow! Truely amazing! 😜
Keep at it. You have a talent there that will only get better and better with practice.
