Drawing Tips!

Most new artists make mistakes, even i do when i don't concentrate.  What i'm talking about though is getting stuck at the anatomy stage , or thinking too much of details when the only thing you need to think about is: THE SKETCH. "I only know how to draw a stickman" Well you're practically an artist. I may get more detailed how to construct these but this doesn't take more than 30 seconds, and it shouldn't. Don't think "Yo is that even looking like a leg" "how do i even turn that into an arm later" all we're trying to do is use our imagination to see what goes where at this point. This is phase 2. Welcome!

Hello! I’m Theresia! I’m an 18 years old overseas student living in Sydney. It would be cool for me to explore new things and hopefully embrace some of the exciting possibilities! I’m currently taking science stream in college to pursue my spot for the architecture major. As much as I’m into mathematic and biology, I have deeper interest in art, especially those involving design and sustainability.  Studying and living abroad might sound a bit gnarly in the first place, but as time went by, the big city started to feel like home, at least second-home. Support Young Designers

If you're stuck for something to do this weekend I'd recommend hitting up the Melbourne Museum.  This weekend, and right the way through until July 15th, you can check out an exhibition that displays the work of 79 of Victoria's best design students. The future of art and design.  Amongst the work displayed is a 3D printed prosthetic leg and clothes made from recycled waste.  The exhibition is free to view with museum entry. I went last year and I'll definitely be heading there soon. Some of those students went on to do big things in the world of design.  Make sure you check it out.
