They can be minimal or extreme, depending on your type of skin, environment, age, and budget. For most teens, the best tip I can recommend would be keep it mild and simple. I’ve been to multiple dermatologist and have been on the pills but nothing works. I’ve finally found my solution, its simple but its effective (for me at least). Morning Cleanser - I reccomend something light such as Cosrx Good Morning Cleanser. Toner - This is important as it helps to prep your skin + minimize pores. There’s tons out there that you can search that is suitable for your skin concern. I used AHA/BHA from cosrx. Moisturiser - Even if you have oily skin don’t skip this step.
