How hard can it be to eat vegan breakfast?
So, I decided to go vegan two months ago. It wasn't such a hard decision as I'd been vegetarian for around two years prior to that. I've tried it before, but failed when it came to cheese. WHY IS CHEESE SO DAMN GOOD? Anyway, this time I decided to give it a real go. I've watched too many videos that show what REALLY goes on in diary farms.
I've developed quite the repitoire of lunches and evening meals. I'll post some of those recipes for you real soon. But last Saturday, my best friend Samantha wanted to do a brunch for her birthday. Now, whenever I eat out for brunch I'll have halloumi in place of the meat.
But what's a vegan to do?
Well, surprisingly, there are actually SO many options. Mushrooms have a "meaty" taste to them. You can add vegan sausage or even tofu I've found. Then just keep all the usual items you'd have like; tomatoes, avocado, beans. It's so easy and so much healthier for you!
Here's a link to the recipe I've been using at home.

Actually dairy has something called casomorphin which makes babies know to keep going bacj to their morther for milk and in cheese it’s concentrated which makes it very addictive and one of the hardest foods to give up you are doing so well proud of you keep the amazing work up
