I am struggling
Hi everyone i have been struggling of losing weight. I get stressed over it. I tried eating less and exercise, some days i have lack of motivation, i tend to ear alot. Please help me
I understand 2018 must have been a shit year for you. But it sounds like you need help other than hinterland to sought after. Forgot about losing weight, and just start eating healthy, don’t do a strict diet, just eat healthy 5 small meals, 3 meals ( protein + healthy fat) and 2 meals ( protein + carbs without fat) try it for one week and you will see nice results 💪🏻
Weight loss is just being in a calorie deficit. Wether you create this by moving more or eating less is up to you. Food wise I recommend prioritising lean protein and vegetables each meal ( especially ya greens such as spinach and luttuce). Moving more doesn’t have to be extreme etheir, you don’t need to go crazy hard in the gym or anything just make things less convenient such as parking a little further away from where u need to go so u have to walk further or even add a 30 minute walk into ur day. 😊
