Use internet search some basic routine
Do it and eventually you will learn from anybody in the gym
*Live healthy
Stop smoking
Stop drinking liquor
Sleep 8hours a day
Then your body will thank you.

Ps:my photo of my transformation is not even a full 1 year i stop atleast 3to4months due to my job sched so think if you did 1 full year 😎
