Accidental Intermittent Fasting

 I found myself in a routine waking up, eating breakfast, having dinner, and going to sleep. I picked this up 4 days ago and I kinda feel lighter nowadays Ever since I heard about this diet I knew I wanted to try it but didn't know how.

We've all been there when it comes to losing weight. Trying out a new diet and finding yourself out of the loop later on (procrastinating the promise until next time). How I wish I could do the hard work! But it isn't always easy . If you have a hard time like me, try at something simple - begin doing one thing one at a time and see yourself developing a habit of doing it.

It's nice to have a strict schedule to follow and learn discipline from time to time especially when it comes to eating habits or starting a new lifestyle. It really helps to know you can start somewhere. Hope this helped in some ways....
