Warm up- (I usually do around 4-5min on the rowing machine) *pick a weight that you can complete the reps and sets with but is also challenging* •10 min EMOM - 10 reps Shoulder press  •5x lateral Raises •6x10  - drag Curls - Heavy! Alternating Dumbbell Curls (5 each earn) •6x25  - Smith Machine tricep extention  - Hammer Curls  •100 reps walk outs (split up as you please but complete as quickly as possible)  •5x30sec bench hand step ups (30secs work, 1 minute rest)

Accidental Intermittent Fasting

 I found myself in a routine waking up, eating breakfast, having dinner, and going to sleep. I picked this up 4 days ago and I kinda feel lighter nowadays Ever since I heard about this diet I knew I wanted to try it but didn't know how. We've all been there when it comes to losing weight. Trying out a new diet and finding yourself out of the loop later on (procrastinating the promise until next time). How I wish I could do the hard work! But it isn't always easy . If you have a hard time like me, try at something simple - begin doing one thing one at a time and see yourself developing a habit of doing it.
