Fastest way to burn fat - but it’s not easy
Intermittent fasting (one meal a day) has worked crazily well for me, as I had lost my love handles and belly fat. By eating only one meal a day I was able to get lean within a month and I had seen results after a week.
The mirror became my friend
When fasting you are not allowed to eat or consume anything for the period of time you are fasting. When doing one meal a day, you can eat as much as you like in that meal because the fat burning comes from the time fasting. When I fasted i endulged in pizzas and burgers and ice cream.
What happens is; in a fasted state, your energy source switches to keytones (FAT) that you have stored away (usually in your belly). So if you choose to have only dinners, throughout the day you will burn fat for energy.
The trick is to avoid consuming anything that spikes insulin, which means it’s okay to drink water.
Doesn’t this make you skinny?
NO! The common misconception about eating muscle when intermittent fasting, is crap!
In fact studies and my experience show that muscle is actually built. Essentially your body gets into survival mode and does whatever it needs to, to make you more efficient and effective for survival.
How can I make it easier to do?
Make your day busy.
Drink straight black coffee (no sugar)
How can I accelerate the fat burning 2x?
High intensity training while in a fasted state.
What about gum?
Do not chew gum, it spikes insulin.
