Swimming and diabetes

Swimming and diabetes

Jaxon has been going to swimming lesson for a few months and has built confidence to be able to jump into the pool, he has built confidence to be able to put his face under water. Jaxon has developed new skill and will continue to be developing new skills as time goes on. Every time he has swimming lessons he gets his sugars tested and get his pump taken off so he can go swimming. Today on the 22nd of February, Jaxon went swimming and his pump cannula fell out the adhesive tape decided to come off, due to this his sugars went up to 25 really fast.  With all of this Jaxon continued to have fun and try to get his legs up as he swims with his legs down still but like they say it’s all...

Did the World Health Organisation lie about Covid-19 being a pandemic?

On 11 March 2020 the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared Covid19 a pandemic. International public health is their mandate, after all. The problem is that, after admitting that “Pandemic is not a word to use lightly or carelessly”, the Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus went on to say that “We have never before seen a pandemic sparked by a coronavirus. This is the first pandemic caused by a coronavirus. And we have never before seen a pandemic that can be controlled, at the same time.” These words are not only inexplicably careless and fraudulent, but constitute the clearest proof that on 11 March 2020 the WHO flouted its own wisdom and may have scammed the whole...

Strange Diseases: The "Vampire Ailment"- Xeroderma Pigmentosum

Xeroderma Pigmentosum (or simply XP) is a medical condition that makes people ULTRA photosensitive, among other things. It is sometimes called the Vampire Ailment, because some of those afflicted can only safely go out at night (as I understand it.) I first learned of the illness by watching a film some years ago, which if I recall correctly is called "Children of the Night" or "Children of the Dark". It was a Lifetime movie. I'd link it here if I could find it on YouTube or Dailymotion, feel free to look it up yourself.

Fastest way to burn fat - but it’s not easy

Intermittent fasting (one meal a day) has worked crazily well for me, as I had lost my love handles and belly fat. By eating only one meal a day I was able to get lean within a month and I had seen results after a week.  The mirror became my friend When fasting you are not allowed to eat or consume anything for the period of time you are fasting. When doing one meal a day, you can eat as much as you like in that meal because the fat burning comes from the time fasting. When I fasted i endulged in pizzas and burgers and ice cream. What happens is; in a fasted state, your energy source switches to keytones (FAT) that you have stored away (usually in your belly). So if you choose to have...

Learn more about anxiety

Don’t forget to thank this post if you like it Anxiety Anxiety is more than just feeling stressed or worried. While stress and anxious feelings are a common response to a situation where we feel under pressure, they usually pass once the stressful situation has passed, or ‘stressor’ is removed. Anxiety is when these anxious feelings don't go away – when they're ongoing and happen without any particular reason or cause. It’s a serious condition that makes it hard to cope with daily life. Everyone feels anxious from time to time, but for someone experiencing anxiety, these feelings aren't easily controlled. Anxiety is the most common mental health condition in Australia. On...
