Éclair V. Dolvači May 15, 2019 in Mental health You + People It’s hard to breathe with this anxiety. Giving more of my time, money and effort to help others in hopes they’d do the same for me. No matter who you help, they care about no one but themselves. The stress of making my own ends meet, the struggle of holding in my emotions. I guess in life, there’ll be times you’ll start as being overly generous but without being wise about it. People can either beat you down or help you grow. Some may have trouble identifying who is doing any good or bad. FOR EXAMPLE: People can either be Tares (an injurious weed resembling corn when young) or Wheat (the goods to harvest). Let’s say, you are planting a seed (life) to grow...
Erica Apr 27, 2018 in Advice How you should behave in an argument 1. Always listen to the other person and shut yourself up. 2. Try to put yourself in their shoes. Understand how they feel. 3. Anndreana Ang Apr 2, 2018 The One That Got Away “I never thought that one day, I’d lose you. I took our time together for granted and I realise now that I never should have. Now I’m left with nothing; absolutely nothing at all. I was alone before I met you and now I feel lonelier than ever. Is that even possible? To feel lonelier than lonely? Well, it seems like it is, because you made me feel this way. You triggered all my deepest fears; you made me feel like I couldn’t be loved, that there was something wrong with me. You told me you liked me, damn, should’ve realised the lies, all the lies. Why did you lie to me? I thought we had something real. The feeling I got with you was surreal.. you were a home away from home,...
Mhenard Louie Mistula Ubay-ubay Mar 12, 2018 in Advice 9 things you wish you realized as a child While the world is ours to explore as little tykes, we cannot help but ponder, maybe we could have been better people if we made more mistakes when we were young, or when there was someone who made us reflect on these things. 1) Primary School Bullies need our help When we were kids, we always hold a grudge towards those who give us wedgies, or to those who make fun of the things we like to do the most. But only 'til we get to college do we realize, that they are also having troubles at home. That all they seek is attention, someone who will help them become better people. 2) Love can wait We were so into the idea of a fairytale love story that we failed to realize that it will take...
